Transcription
For transcription we charge an hourly rate. We work on the assumption that it will take an average of three hours of transcription per hour of recorded material. Although this allows us to quote as accurately as possible, the quality and nature of the recording might influence the final transcription time.
Non Urgent: 5 to 7 days
Urgent Rate: 3 to 5 days
Very Urgent Rate: 1 to 3 days

Proof-reading and Editing
We charge a minimal rate for proof-reading and editing.

Terms & Conditions
Projects will only commence once a 50% deposit of the total amount has been paid.
If you decide to cancel a project after the deposit has already been paid, the deposit will not be refunded and you will not be held liable for the remaining balance.
All the above rates are subject to change depending on the nature of the material being processed. Individual quotes will be given for each job undertaken taking into consideration the detail required and any further requirements that may be necessary.
